More than 500 guests filled seven-degrees on June 3 for the 20th annual Taste for Charity event, held by the Laguna Board of Realtors and Affiliates Charitable Assistance Fund in support of local charities. The evening began with live music and networking as attendees sampled cuisine from more than 10 of Laguna Beach’s favorite eateries, including Big Fish Tavern, K’ya Bistro Bar, Nirvana Grille and Starfish. Silent and live auctions provided the opportunity to bid on more than 40 pieces of art. Offerings included paintings from the 20th Anniversary Collection created by Laguna Plein Air Painters Association founders, as well as vacations and goodie baskets donated by Laguna merchants. The event raised more than $100,000 for CSP Youth Shelter, Laguna Food Pantry, No Square Theatre and others. (lagunaboardofrealtors.com)
